As People Services ELC Senior Specialist, SG and MDM & Reporting, PH, you’ll manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBO in Singapore country as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi within the perimeter of Singapore and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements, participate in continuous improvement, and support in Queries and MDM tasks.

Main responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle (ELC)

  1. Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBO in Singapore country as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  2. Manage the hiring process from contract creation to onboarding
  3. Coordinate the administration of national or international transfers for onboarding
  4. Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
  5. Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
  6. Manage all documents related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
  7. Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
  8. Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
  9. Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process
  10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Operations

  1. Coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi within the perimeter of Singapore and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
  2. Create employee contracts, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless onboarding experience
  3. Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training as required
  4. Administer termination activities, coordinate collection of assets
  5. Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
  6. Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
  7. Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
  8. Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
  9. Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
  10. Build, document and transfer Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee lifecycle management
  11. Analyze and resolve most common inquiries using step-by-step instructions provided
  12. Deliver high quality standard service to customers
  13. Continually seek out ways to improve client satisfaction
  14. Support the process team with writing the knowledge articles based on the content provided in English, Local language, and other languages
  15. Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database

Continuous improvement

  1. Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
  2. Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition

Queries Handling

  1. Manage all C2R queries from employees using the procedures provided and articles in the knowledge base
  2. Work in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolution
  3. Provide the customer service to the employees mostly on C2R queries verbally and in writing
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of C2R processes and procedures provided

MDM & Reporting

  1. Support in reporting related matters through Service Now request
  2. Support in Organization matters in Workday

About you

  1. Graduate or Master’s degree with HR or Business Administration (essential).
  2. Hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous).
  3. Fluent in English (essential), proficiency in other language (advantageous)
  4. Broad understanding of HR process and activities (essential)
  5. Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc) (advantageous)
  6. Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)
  7. Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday, ServiceNow (advantageous)
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (advantageous)
  9. Proficiency in English
  10. 2+ years of relevant experience
