Job summary
A leading design company in Malacca, Malaysia is seeking both Junior and Senior Graphic Designers. The role includes responsibilities such as developing designs based on briefs, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, experience with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and strong communication skills. This position offers a creative environment to work on various projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Experience in video editing is preferred.

- Develop and prepare designs across various creative projects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments for design concepts.

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Formulate, develop, and prepare designs based on requirements and execute day-to-day graphic design support across a variety of creative projects including advertising, branded content, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and amend designs after feedback.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs.
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic based on marketing guidelines and maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing collaterals.
- Work with copywriters to produce final design.
- Testing graphics across various media.
- Closely collaborate with related sales and marketing departments in developing design concept (e.g., arrangement, type size and style, and related concepts) and support creative requests from internal stakeholders as and when needed.
- Responsible to ensure deadlines are met.
- Deliver quality of work that is compliant to the design guidelines given.
- Stay updated and research on current market trends on design.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superiors
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or similar trades
- Experience with graphic tools/ software such as AI, Photoshop, Canva
- Experience with video editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
