Job summary

Job description

Marketing Executive (Graphic & Visual Merchandising) – 1-Year Contract

• Plan and execute festive, thematic, and promotional decorations
• Ensure visual displays meet branding and quality standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on materials, cost, and timelines
• Monitor installation and dismantling works
• Manage inventory of display tools, props, and materials

Graphic Design

• Design marketing collaterals for social media, digital platforms, LED screens, and print materials
• Work closely with the marketing team and creative agencies from concept to production
• Manage print production and installation with vendors

Other Duties

• Maintain mall signages (static, digital, and wayfinding)
• Support on-ground marketing activities
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (3D design skills are an advantage)
• Strong skills in photo editing and design execution
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and print & digital design
• Able to work in Tebrau
• Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis
