Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or any related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as Graphic Designer, at least 2–4 years working experience
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
  • ages in designing social media graphics, including posts, stories, and banners, for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of creating eye‑catching visuals and maintaining brand consistency across different platforms.
  • Proficiency in editing and retouching photos to align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Social Media Graphics: Design visually engaging posts, stories, and banners for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create custom graphics, animations, and videos that align with seasonal campaigns, special events, and promotions. Maintain a consistent and eye‑catching visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Email Marketing Design: Design templates for email newsletters, promotions, and event announcements. Create engaging, brandedahay visuals for email marketing campaigns that drive customer joined engagement and conversions.
  • Website Design & Assets: Design and update website banners, product images, and promotional landing pages. Ensure all website assets are optimized for desktop and mobile devices and are visually appealing and user‑friendly. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure designs are functional and easy to implement.
  • Digital Ads & Campaigns: Design digital advertisements, including display ads, Google Ads, and banner ads for various online platforms. Create engaging visuals for paid marketing campaigns to attract visitors to the company’s website or physical location.
  • Brand Consistency Across Digital Channels: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital marketing materials and ensure designs are aligned with the company’s branding and mission. Ensure that designs are optimized for each platform’s unique requirements and specifications.
  • Content Creation and Photography: Work with the marketing team to create original content, including photography, infographics, and video stills, that can be used in campaigns and promotions. Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal and ensure they fit the company’s aesthetic.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with Testimonials digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Support the team in strategizing and executing tensão digital marketing efforts for specific events, launches, or seasonal initiatives.
  • Product Packaging Design: Design and prepare final artwork for the company’s product packaging. Ensure packaging designs are aligned with the brand’s identity, visually appealing, and optimized for print production. Collaborate with the production team to assur that designs are feasible and maintain high‑quality standards throughout the production process.
