What You’ll Be Crafting

• Produce a minimum of 5 graphic designs per day, ensuring all assets are high-quality, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Convert approved designs into short, eye-catching GIFs for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist the Senior Video Editor with graphic design tasks and handle minor design amendments to ensure consistency across all assets.
• Conduct research on social media trends and competitor content to generate fresh creative ideas and influence design briefs.
• Participate in training during your probation period to enhance your video editing skills — training and mentorship will be provided to help you expand your capabilities.
• Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all visual materials, ensuring our content is cohesive and on-brand.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new design concepts and contribute creatively to marketing campaigns.

Your Superpowers

• Fresh graduates in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related fields are welcome — or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools such as CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or other similar software.
• A strong understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, layout) and how they apply to digital marketing.
• The ability to meet daily KPIs and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Research skills to stay updated on design trends and pull design references that keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
• Bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.
• Experience creating GIFs or simple animations is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools and prompt generation for creative tasks is an added advantage.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to learn from senior team members and contribute to a creative, supportive environment.
