Job description

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can bring our café’s brand to life through visuals. This role combines graphic design, photography, videography, and content management — perfect for someone who loves creating aesthetic F&B content and working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design

Design all café-related creative assets: menus, posters, packaging, stickers, signage, social media visuals, and seasonal campaign materials.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs.

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Photography & Videography

Plan and shoot high-quality photos and videos of drinks, food, products, and in-store moments.

Style products for photography to create café-appropriate visual storytelling.

Edit photos and videos for social media — Reels/TikToks, promotional clips, and product highlights.

Social Media Content Creation

Ideate and create daily/weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Assist with writing captions, selecting imagery, and preparing posting schedules.

Work closely with the marketing team to align all visuals with campaign objectives.

Brand & Creative Development

Help develop the café's visual identity, mood, and creative direction.

Explore fresh, trending visual ideas suitable for lifestyle/F&B audiences.

Ensure every design and piece of content reflects the brand tone and aesthetic.

Work closely with the marketing manager on campaigns, shoots, and content batching.

Coordinate with the café team for product photography, new menu launch designs, and seasonal creatives.

Support influencer and partnership content where necessary.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative content, or similar roles (F&B or lifestyle preferred).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Strong photography and basic videography skills.
  • Ability to edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok).
  • Good eye for design, branding, and aesthetics.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work on-site for shoots and content days.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in motion graphics
