Job summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the hospital’s internal and external communications, branding, and marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to design for both digital and print platforms in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a wide range of visual content including brochures, posters, social media graphics, infographics, newsletters, signage, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the hospital's brand guidelines and professional standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications and Marketing team to understand project goals, target audience, and key messages.
  • Support campaigns related to health awareness, patient education, events, and internal staff communications.
  • Develop visual content for digital platforms including the hospital website, social media, digital displays, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, event companies) to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos when required.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design output.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
  • Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
  • Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
