  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • High proficiency in Canva for rapid templating.
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in CapCut.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and successful marketing campaigns.
Soft Skills
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to analyze charts and understand why a design works or doesn’t work.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced environment where trends change daily.
Working Location
  • Able to work at Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong.
Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing & Growth
    • Manage and execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, and TikTok.
    • Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
    • Manage social media content calendars and engage with online community.
    • Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize website content and blogs.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Production
    • Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including social media graphics, web banners, and email newsletters.
    • Create high‑converting ad creatives for paid media campaigns.
    • Perform basic video editing (Reels/TikToks) and motion graphics to drive engagement.
    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while staying fresh and modern.
  • Website & Content Management
    • Update website visuals and copy via Shopify/WordPress/Wix to support ongoing promotions.
    • Design and build landing pages that prioritize user experience and conversion.
