To plan and prepare lesson plans and curricular materials, including planning and implementing learning assessments for the assigned teaching subject.

To deliver lessons effectively according to the learning ability of the students within the class.

To advise and contribute to curriculum development, ensuring it is aligned with the school’s goals.

To assess, evaluate, and monitor students’ academic performance through assessments, and to prepare and maintain relevant reports for the principal and parents.

To undertake regular communication and share students’ progress effectively with parents.

To stay updated with the latest teaching pedagogy and technologies to enhance teaching quality.

To actively participate in extracurricular activities with students and support all school events.

To safeguard students’ safety and welfare.

To serve as a role model for students, especially in humanistic education.

To ensure all duties are carried out professionally, ethically, and promptly.

To undertake any other tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualifications, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s in Education, Teaching & Training, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Economics, Accounting, or Business Studies, preferably in an international school.
• Experience in an international school is an advantage.
• Strong commitment and passion for education, with high professionalism and care for children.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in multiple languages, proficiency in presentations, computer literacy, and basic ICT skills.
• Position based in Ipoh, Perak.
