A customer service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Inhouse Telesales representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and assist in resolving customer inquiries. Candidates need at least a Diploma and preferable have some experience in customer service. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Job Description:
To attend to inbound and outbound calls according to the SOP in resolving and providing solution to customers enquiries/requests in more effective and efficient way.
To liaise effectively with other members of Call Centre, other departments and business partners to resolve enquiries/requests.
To perform any ad-hoc task required by the position, as per superior's request.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
