A manufacturing company in Ipoh is seeking a skilled manager with over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities to motivate the workforce and manage resources effectively to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing capabilities, ensuring resource availability, and setting production targets. - At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years at a management level.

Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing capability and capacity to meet demands.
- Review manufacturing capacity against equipment and constraints.
- Monitor resources weekly, including machine availability and material needs.
- Prepare monthly and yearly goals for production sections.
Skills
Have at least 5 years exposure in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years at Manager level
Possess strong leadership and able to maintain a well disciplined and motivated workforce
Able to manage resources to achieve key goals of the organization
- Ensure manufacturing capability / capacity to meet demands.
- Review manufacturing capacity in line with existing equipment, headcount and other constraints versus demand
- Monitor resources e.g. machine availability, mould requirement, material requirement, etc on a weekly basis
- Prepare and update monthly and yearly goals and objectives for each different section of production in line with the company's goals and objectives.
