This role involves installing GPS units and other peripherals, adhering to schedules and processes, and providing on-site support. Candidates should possess driving licenses class B2 and D, own transportation, and ideally have experience with GPS installations. The position is on a 6-month contract, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

  • Complete installation of GPS units and peripherals according to schedule.

Job description

As the technician, you are the frontliner of KATSANA Fleet Services and are responsible for the deployment of all peripherals purchased by our customers. You will report to your Technical Team Lead on your installation progress as needed. Apart from that, you will also need to adhere to the installation schedule set by the Coordinator. Your job requires you to travel often, therefore you must possess driving license class B2, D.

This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis. Candidates with satisfactory performance during the contract period will be considered for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
  • To complete installation of GPS units and all other peripherals assigned in accordance with the schedule given by the coordinator.
  • To prepare peripherals and tools that will be used for installations.
  • Adhere to the installation process and SOP provided by the Hardware Engineer.
  • To provide L2 on-site support should the need arise.
  • To submit a monthly installation report to the Technical Team Lead.
  • Adhere to the company’s work policies.
  • To work as a team and assist other team members as needed.
  • Manage and send inventory reports on a daily and monthly basis
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge in electrical and wirings.
  • Possess driving licenses class B2 and D.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule.
