Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Technician specializing in Injection Molding.
• Strong understanding of Injection molding machine functions and operation principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Injection mold maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation, and optimization of Injection Molding Machines.
• Execute routine and preventive maintenance on injection molds.
• Conduct machine troubleshooting to diagnose faults.
• Fine-tune plastic process parameters to maintain product quality.
• Manage mold changeovers and perform essential repairs.
• Maintain records of machine performance and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with QC and Production to resolve defect issues.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols during operations.
