Job Description

Ensure all electrical systems and machine installed are always in good operating conditions.

Be responsible for daily maintaining

Ensure the proper condition and operation of all electrical switchboards and their proper safety protection.

Carry out the maintenance works involving repairing, servicing, overhauling, rewiring, fitting, installing and dismantling as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality and meeting the established maintenance standards.

Assist the management through regular inspections of the facilities located in the township and report on their conditions.

Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the standby generator.

Records all defects and faulty conditions of parts and equipment he observed and gives the report to the Supervisor, Electrical to be noted in historical record.

Trouble-shoots electrical problems in the shortest possible time during machine breakdown.

Supports in carrying out electrical maintenance work by coordinating the safety, security and quality issues with the workers and superior.

Gives feedbacks/suggestions to improve the performance of the machines to minimize their breakdowns.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical Chargeman A4/BO.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and relevant experience in operation of electrical equipment/machine/plastics injection moulding.

Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations in Plastics Industry or equivalent.

Good knowledge and experience in Plastics Injection Moulding

Posses sufficient knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
