• Availability to work on the following mornings: Monday to Saturday
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Expected salary: RM2,800 - RM3,500 per month

Responsibilities include maintaining office systems and supporting the account department, including:

• Computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, and basic accounting software
• Preparing payment vouchers
• Handling billing tasks such as SOA (Invoices, Statements of Accounts, Credit and Debit Notes)
• Preparing and examining financial records, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing solutions
• Processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and generating reports
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Contacting clients and sending reminders for payments
• Maintaining the organization's tax database and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Managing office processes including filing, mail handling, and phone calls
• Handling accounting procedures related to employees, debtors, and creditors
• Managing petty cash and statutory accounts
• Processing payments via Internet banking
• Preparing cash flow projections
• Reconciling financial accounts and direct debits
• Demonstrating good communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Performing other duties as assigned
