Senior Institutional Sales Dealer (Futures)
Overview
- Responsible for developing and executing business and sales strategies for acquisition of institutional clients.
- Build a new institutional client base and increase sales volume.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships with the group sales channel and functional teams to onboard new clients.
- Cultivate and maintain good business relationships and rapport with clients through consistent sales and marketing engagement effort.
- Keep abreast with the latest market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact client portfolios.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution, settlement and post-trade activities.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking or Business Administration or any other equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year of working experience preferably in the futures industry.
- Well-versed in fundamental and technical analysis.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- High achiever and highly motivated, able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Possess a Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) in dealing in derivatives, issued by the Securities Commission Licensing Authorities. Candidate must be equipped with Module 14 and Module 16 or equivalent modules from the SIDC Licensing Exam.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and BM. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
