A leading banking institution in Kedah is seeking candidates to achieve sales targets and promote a range of retail financial products. Candidates should have a degree or diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in wealth and banca products, excellent communication skills, and relevant licenses. This role focuses on customer acquisition and engagement to enhance the bank's portfolio.
Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years experience preferably with Wealth and Banca products.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
- Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
Responsabilidades
- Achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank.
- Promote and sell retail products to customers.
- Participate in sales & promotional activities.
- Prepare and execute sales plans, engage with customers.
- Drive customer acquisition to broaden the Bank's customer base.

- To achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards growing the bank's portfolio/profitability and the achievement of the overall branch targets
- To promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers i.e. Wealth products (UT, ASNB VP, PRS, Banca RP & GI, Direct Forex and NTW), Deposits (CASA/FD, Accounts Acquisition), Assets/Financing products (PF/PFi, ASB & Credit Cards) etc.
- Participate in branch/region/bank (bank wide) sales & promotional activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables and to acquire, build and grow mass & mass affluent customer segments
- Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referrals
- To drive NTB customer acquisition (wealth and retail customers) and customer experience to broaden the Bank's customer base
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Have at least 2 years experience preferably with Wealth and Banca products in any FIs
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Possess with CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio
- Sales and result oriented
