Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports for the joint venture and its subsidiaries.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide timely commentary on significant deviations.
  • Evaluate profitability and cost efficiency across multiple business channels.
Cash Flow Management
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and effective cash management.
  • Identify potential shortfalls and recommend actions to mitigate risks.
Month-End Closing
  • Manage the month-end closing process, including reviewing journal entries, audit schedules, and intercompany transactions.
  • Upload financial data from SAP into Hyperion for consolidation and reporting.
  • Ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and proper allocation of charges to related entities.
Payment & Receivables Management
  • Review monthly payment listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) for customers and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collection.
Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Participate in the monthly reforecast process, including system uploads.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues against budget and reforecast, analysing fluctuations and trends.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to Group SOX requirements and other financial compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with financial policies.
Audit & Tax
  • Support year-end audits and annual tax filing processes.
Projects & Initiatives
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; Big 4 audit experience is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changes and challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High integrity, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Experience managing teams and building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel overseas occasionally (approximately 10%).
