A leading financial services provider is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Auto Finance in Malaysia, Kelantan. The role involves promoting Auto Owners products and bancassurance while achieving sales targets. Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales within the automotive sector. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Experience in auto or car sales is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Auto Finance, Automotive, or Hire Purchase industries.
• Candidates with prior experience in the auto or car sales industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of RHB products based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales office targets.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of Auto Owners products and services.
• Establish contact with business associates to build relationships.
• Ensure efficient data entry and processing for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement and create credit files.
• Ensure targeted customer profiles meet Acceptance Guidelines.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in activities, including field visits.
