Job summary

A leading compliance consultancy is seeking an Assistant Manager - Compliance in Cyberjaya. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Law, Finance, or Business, with at least 5 years of experience, including over 3 years in compliance or legal roles. Responsibilities include developing compliance policies, monitoring adherence to telecommunications laws, and leading training sessions. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn about the satellite industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compliance checklists and policies for telecommunications laws and regulations.
  • Implement internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor compliance and suggest improvements to internal processes.
  • Provide training on Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Gifts & Hospitality (G&H), and other policies.
  • Assist in internal audits related to compliance and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on compliance-related issues.
