Job description

Serve as the internal expert on environmental (ROHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, PFAS, PVC, etc) regulation.

Interpret environmental regulations to support and provide solution for compliance needs.

Generate product environmental compliance documentation (industry reporting template, declaration, certification or etc).

Collect, review, and analyse product compliance data.

Continuously monitor global environmental changes and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Give advice on industry-specific compliance needs to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide support and training for internal teams regarding the regulations and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update internal processes, policies, and procedures.

Performs any statutory, regulatory, environmental or HAZMAT scrubs on Bill of Materials (BOM) or its related.

Any other task as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental (ROHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, PFAS, PVC, etc) compliance role
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Proficiency in generating compliance documentation (industry reporting template, declaration, certification or etc)
  • Experience working with compliance software and tools (Assent, BOMcheck, etc)
  • Well verse with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
