Job summary

A prominent bearings supplier in Malaysia is seeking a B2B sales engineer to join their team. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or experienced engineers with a background in mechatronics and sales. The role involves visiting potential customers, managing existing client relationships, and providing technical support to the sales team. Candidates will be based in branches located in Johor Bahru, Kluang, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. The role offers a competitive salary package that includes allowances and commission based on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or experienced Engineers are welcomed to apply.
  • OEM/Semicon/Mechatronics experience is a plus.
  • Experience in mechatronics, actuators, and electric heaters is a plus.

  • Provide technical support to the sales team.
  • Monitor production scheduling for OEM projects.

This is a B2B sales role selling all kinds of bearings, seals, electric heaters and pneumatic products. We are looking for fresh grads or experienced Engineers to join our expanding sales team in Johor Bahru, Kluang, Kuala Lumpur and Penang branches. You will be given a set of existing clients to maintain and at the same time required to hunt for new clients.

Monthly Salary indicated is inclusive of Basic salary + transport and mobile phone allowance + Commission

You can earn more if you bring in more sales.

Job scope

Visit potential customers daily and develop new customers.

Drive own sales and generate profit for customers of the Company.

Technical support to Group OEM sales team, including visiting customers and liaising with suppliers to resolve any technical and operational issues.

Monitor production scheduling for your OEM projects for the Group to ensure optimal OEM inventory planning.

To ensure daily sales and purchases are entered into the system daily.

To take charge of special projects as and when assigned to you.

Requirements

Engineering graduates are welcomed to apply.

OEM/Semicon/Mechatronics experience is a plus.

Experience in sales of mechatronics, actuators, linear motor, position tables, electric heaters, pneumatic, shaft, bearings & seals products is a plus.
