Job summary
A marine engineering firm located in Terengganu is seeking qualified candidates to operate and maintain ROV systems. Responsibilities include conducting pre and post-dive checks, collaborating with teams to ensure safety, and maintaining detailed logs. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant diploma, with 2–4 years of ROV experience. Valid offshore certification is mandatory, and preference will be given to Malaysian nationals due to logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with ROV systems, preferably work-class like Triton XLX.
- Valid BOSIET/FOET, medicals, and offshore certification required.
- Malaysian nationals preferred due to logistical considerations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain ROV systems and associated equipment.
- Conduct pre- and post-dive checks and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with pilots and engineering teams to ensure operations meet safety standards.
