A leading technology company in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an individual to manage PCA testing and debugging responsibilities. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, with a preference for those with 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with soldering and rework abilities. Fresh graduates with good academic results will also be considered for this position. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and involvement in continuous improvement activities.
Trouble-shoot, rework all production failure PCAs and provide analysis data to support yield improvement and evaluation activities.
Control and clear debug WIP to achieve set target.
Test station setup, qualification and buy-off.
Monitor / investigate and resolve daily test issues.
Generate debug flow, documentation and daily reports.
Participate and assist in test yield / test process improvement activities.
Provide technical support to test operator.
Work closely with other group in resolving quality issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Compliance and participate in company activities which involves continual improvement on company environmental, safety and health goals (ESD, ISO1400, OHSAS 18001 etc).
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 2 years experience in PCA testing and debugging is preferred.
Independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Well verse in PCA schematics and debugging tools at PCBA level and component level.
Possess good soldering and rework skills as well as working knowledge with software application.
Some years of hands on experience in RF Test / Debug is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with good academic results will also be considered.
