Responsibilities

• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
• Experience with process control and equipment operation
• Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, ESD)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCB processes is a plus
