Automation System Support
- Support the operation and basic troubleshooting of Assembly & Test automation systems (e.g. APF, Scheduler)
- Perform routine system monitoring and checks to ensure stable performance
Dispatching & Scheduling Operations
- Follow established dispatching and scheduling rules and guidelines
- Ensure production flow is aligned with area priorities and operational targets
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Update, validate, and maintain accurate data in dashboards and reporting tools
- Support the integrity of site metrics for performance analysis and decision-making
Process & Line Support
- Assist in maintaining line balance and optimisation across production areas
- Identify and report issues such as delays, bottlenecks, and system/process inefficiencies
Continuous Improvement Support
- Participate in improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction and tool performance optimisation
- Provide feedback and recommend practical process enhancements
System & Tool Management
- Operate and monitor internal systems including MAM, ET, MES, ToolView, VMS and Mozart
- Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh Diploma graduates and candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge or exposure to dispatching systems and basic programming will be an added advantage
- For experienced candidates, the hourly rate must not exceed RM34 per hour
- Position follows regular working hours; however, flexibility to support shift work may be required based on operational needs
