Job description
Responsibilities
- Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives for companies under Group Property Division.
- Develop AutoCAD layouts, site plans, and technical visuals for presentations and marketing purposes.
- Produce high-quality graphics, brochures, banners, videos, and digital content for promotional campaigns and exhibitions.
- Support photography, videography, and drone operations to capture compelling project visuals.
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing day-to-day sales and marketing functions, including site visits, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather intelligence on property developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to translate technical requirements into clear and impactful marketing visuals.
- Participate in and coordinate exhibitions, marketing events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Enhance the company’s brand image through effective design, communication, and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing, with strong exposure to multimedia design and content creation.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software.
- Corporate communication experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in drone usage, photography, or videography will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Strong multimedia and design skills to support marketing campaigns.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and be based in Johor.
