Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives for companies under Group Property Division.
• Develop AutoCAD layouts, site plans, and technical visuals for presentations and marketing purposes.
• Produce high-quality graphics, brochures, banners, videos, and digital content for promotional campaigns and exhibitions.
• Support photography, videography, and drone operations to capture compelling project visuals.
• Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing day-to-day sales and marketing functions, including site visits, presentations, and documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather intelligence on property developments and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to translate technical requirements into clear and impactful marketing visuals.
• Participate in and coordinate exhibitions, marketing events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Enhance the company’s brand image through effective design, communication, and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing, with strong exposure to multimedia design and content creation.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software.
• Corporate communication experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in drone usage, photography, or videography will be an added advantage.
