Executive/Senior Executive, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Finance team as Executive/Senior Executive, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role supports the Malaysia Head of FP&A and plays a key part in driving business insights, financial performance, and operational efficiency across our schools in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Malaysia Head of FP&A in delivering financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to guide decision-making at both Group and School levels.
- Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct variance, trend, and KPI analysis to assess operational efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital expenditure, and investment appraisals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyse business drivers, and propose improvement strategies.
- Partner with school leadership teams to drive financial discipline and commercial insights.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimisation, and cost control.
- Support new projects, acquisitions, and the integration of new schools into existing reporting structures.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies.
- Provide timely management reports and financial updates for senior management and Board presentations.
- Evaluate financial performance and highlight key risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of multi-year business plans and long-term growth projections.
- Work closely with the central finance team, Shared Services Centre, and school business partners to ensure consistency and data integrity.
- Participate in regular business review meetings and support leadership with financial insights and planning tools.
