Identify and acquire new food service accounts, achieve sales target by increasing sales volume and market penetration
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales in the food service sector (Nandos, Subway, Kenny Hills and many more)
Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals, including tracking, monitoring and execution toward company goals
Analyses changing customer needs and market trends, understands their impact on current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long-term business performance.
Follow ups and keep tracks end-to-end trade operation effectiveness and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Works closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Quality assurance, Production & Supply Chainto ensure efficient and effective execution.
Establishes good rapport with key decision makers (chefs, F&B Managers, procurement teams) to identify growth opportunities and to drive sales.
Maintains good observation skills in market trends, customer needs and competition insights.
Job Requirements
Education: Possess at least Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing, others in Economics or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant role within the FMCG industry (including Senior level, Manager or Assistant Manager experience).
Plus Point: Experience in the Food Service sector.
General Skills/ Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills, resourceful and results-oriented.
Knowledge: Proficient in Sales Operations, Promotion Planning, Coordinating and Execution.
