Purpose

• The Contract Manager provides contract management support and execution for less complex projects or supports Project or Senior CMs for major projects or the Group Contract Management department.

Responsibilities

• You manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• You monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
• You ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the life of the project.
• You achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record‑keeping and regular commercial reporting.
• You provide contract feedback during the life of the project.
• You ensure guarantee period management.

Education

• Degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management including EPCI, subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation.
• Experience of project execution interface.
