The company standardizes car care services and ancillaries experience from online to offline, offering transparent pricing and quality assurance through a trusted workshop network. ServAuto combines e-commerce scale with physical network reliability—connecting car owners to quality workshops for oil changes, window tinting, and automotive accessories with one transparent, consistent brand experience.

Role Overview

As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and tracking influencer partnerships across key platforms. You will work closely with the content and performance marketing teams to align influencer content with brand goals, campaign moments, and product launches.

You are someone who is both social-savvy and detail-oriented—able to spot talent, negotiate deals, brief creators, and follow through on results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit KOLs/KOCs on TikTok, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu who align with ServAuto’s brand tone and audience
  • Negotiate influencer rates, set collaboration terms, and manage deliverables
  • Draft briefs and guide creators on content angles, formats, and key messages
  • Coordinate product seeding and service booking (e.g. free tinting or oil change)
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, sales, coupon usage, review volume)
  • Build and maintain a creator database segmented by tier, category, and platform
  • Support campaign-based KOL planning (e.g. monthly themes, launches, seasonal sales)
  • Collaborate with content and ads teams to repurpose or boost top-performing influencer content
  • Follow trends in live selling, TikTok affiliate (TAP), and other creator economy developments
Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, or creator management
  • Familiar with TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram influencer ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)—able to brief and negotiate professionally
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Bonus: Experience managing creator activations in automotive, lifestyle, or F&B verticals
