Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrator to manage the daily operations at our palm oil fresh fruit bunches (FFB) collecting center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, record-keeping, customer support, and various administrative tasks.

Remuneration

Basic of RM 2000/month & above, depending on suitability/past experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Weigh, record, and report daily receiving and dispatch of FFB into the systems (Internal & MPOB's). Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date for daily reporting. File and organize office documents. Create documents, maintain databases, and send memos and emails. Prepare and process invoices.
  • Customer Support: Update clients' details timely and accurately.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Renew and apply for licenses (MPOB, SSM, etc.). Monitor office inventory and order supplies. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including banking tasks. Administer payroll.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates/diploma holders are welcome to apply.
