- High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities

- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Screen and respond to incoming communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare and review documents including reports and presentations.

- Organize, prioritize, and track multiple tasks and projects.
- Undertake special projects as directed by the Managing Director.

Job Description
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth, clear, and timely communication across all parties.
- Conduct comprehensive and regular market analysis related to the company’s business portfolio; synthesize findings into actionable insights and detailed reports to support the Managing Director’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging complex travel itineraries, ensuring optimal time management.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review a variety of documents including reports, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating strong ethical standards and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem‑solving skills.
