Job summary

A leading hardware company in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Director. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting in document preparation. Candidates should minimally have an SPM/Diploma and possess good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel outstation is essential, and prior experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers as instructed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
