A leading hardware company in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Director. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting in document preparation. Candidates should minimally have an SPM/Diploma and possess good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel outstation is essential, and prior experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
Provide personal and administrative support to the Director.
Accompany the Director for outstation trips when required.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, messages, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers as instructed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Able and willing to travel outstation frequently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
