About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to oversee business development and team growth. This role involves managing day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance brand visibility in the renewable energy market through public relations efforts, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in relevant industry events.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, assess competitor activities, and identify business opportunities within Malaysia’s solar sector.
  • Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets across commercial, industrial, and utility‑scale solar product segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders, corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs), and solar farm developments.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the marketing and sales teams, focusing on developing a results‑oriented and collaborative work culture.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators – such as sales conversion rates, marketing return on investment (ROI), and customer acquisition costs – to support informed strategic decisions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven years of experience in a leadership role in the solar/renewable industry.
