- Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with Proposal Engineers for technically and commercially sound bids.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and penetrate new markets.
- Ensure operations align with ISO standards and internal compliance procedures.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and highlight any issues or risks.
- Guide, train, and motivate junior sales team members.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Education
