A prominent café company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and seafood handling processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar environment, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of customer service and food safety standards. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B / café / restaurant environment
Must have experience and knowledge in seafood handling, preparation, or seafood-focused kitchen operations
Strong understanding of daily café operations, customer service standards, and food safety guidelines
Ability to lead and supervise staff effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work under pressure
Good time management, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
