A leading cooling solutions company in Selangor is seeking candidates for customer support roles. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, managing complaints, and assisting in sales and marketing. Ideal candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. The role offers a fast-paced environment focused on maintaining business relationships.
Able to handle customer enquiry and prepare quotations for client
Handle customer complaint
Able to assist manager or director in sales and marketing matters
Able to coordinate with logistics for delivery issues
Responsible for maintaining good business relationships with clients by providing support, guidance and recommending solutions
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business/Engineering
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. With 2 years related working experience is an advantage.
Independent, self-motivated & aggressive.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Oriented.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
We are looking for candidates for two different locations.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)
