A leading FMCG company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated sales professionals to promote and sell their products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of SPM or a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Ensure payment collection within the given credit terms.
- Manage delivery orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Supervisor or Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Skills
Education
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
