Responsibilities

As a Digital Solutions Project Manager for Strategic Programs, you will define, plan, and execute a portfolio of high‑impact initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, set project objectives, and ensure the successful delivery of complex strategic projects.

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Foster collaboration and communication among R&D Engineering, Product Management, OF, etc., to achieve project objectives.
• Engage customers independently to identify opportunities and align on strategic priorities; conduct requirement, data analytics, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Develop program roadmaps, scopes, risks, dependencies, and resource plans; monitor and adapt plans; coordinate with management on OKRs and metrics.
• Support team‑level strategy and share best practices across functions.
• Identify and mitigate program and company risks, issues, and challenges.
• Ensure high‑quality standards for programs and deliverables.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement change management processes to facilitate adoption of outcomes and practices.
• Apply technical background or domain knowledge to manage complex projects tied to development.
