Responsibilities
As a Digital Solutions Project Manager for Strategic Programs, you will define, plan, and execute a portfolio of high‑impact initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, set project objectives, and ensure the successful delivery of complex strategic projects.
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster collaboration and communication among R&D Engineering, Product Management, OF, etc., to achieve project objectives.
- Engage customers independently to identify opportunities and align on strategic priorities; conduct requirement, data analytics, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Develop program roadmaps, scopes, risks, dependencies, and resource plans; monitor and adapt plans; coordinate with management on OKRs and metrics.
- Support team‑level strategy and share best practices across functions.
- Identify and mitigate program and company risks, issues, and challenges.
- Ensure high‑quality standards for programs and deliverables.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement change management processes to facilitate adoption of outcomes and practices.
- Apply technical background or domain knowledge to manage complex projects tied to development.
Qualifications
- Technical Competence – Ability to work in deeply technical software development environments and ramp up quickly.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and proven track record of getting things done.
- Experience working in tech organizations and within product/software development life cycle.
- Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior executives.
- Capacity to identify broader themes and strategic insights.
- Analytical skills to quantify complex strategic issues linked to long‑term business goals.
- Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across functions and land engagements.
- Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent; plus project management, transition or change management experience.
- Professional certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) are advantageous.
