A dynamic SaaS company is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience of their platform. In this role, you will conduct user research, create user flows, and design user-friendly interfaces for web applications. Your contributions will directly improve how clients manage logistics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in usability testing and design principles, ready to work collaboratively with product teams, and stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design.

As our UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of the DeepLogi platform. You'll translate complex logistics concepts into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for both our Shipment Gateway and Fleet Management modules. Your work will directly impact how our clients manage their deliveries, making their operations smoother and more efficient. You will be a key player in defining the look, feel, and usability of a platform built for the specific needs of Malaysian businesses.

- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience (E-commerce managers, F&B owners, retail operators, etc.).
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI guidelines for the DeepLogi platform.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and potentially mobile applications, focusing on ease of use for managing shipments and fleets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and usability testing results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies, particularly within the SaaS and logistics spaces.
