Job Description

Quality Management System (QMS) engineer to fulfill Bosch requirement of implementing QMS, responsible for Bosch Penang Plant 1 (PgP1) Process Compass, internal system, and process audit activities.

1. Architect to PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintenance
2. Improve and maintain QMS documentation system
3. Responsible for QMS improvement activities,
4. Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g., IATF16949, VDA6.3 process audit, CQI17 audits etc.) and 3rd party audit
5. Track and follow up on QMS corrective action
6. Moderate QG (Quality Gates)
7. Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor
8. Projects assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Science.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing processes.
• Strong auditing skills and attention to detail.Good exposure to data analytics applications in quality management.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles.Familiarity with quality tools such as:MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
