Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced analyst to compile and analyze property and asset data. The role involves preparing detailed performance reports and conducting research on real estate trends. Candidates should have a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field and 4-6 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are required. This position focuses on delivering strategic insights for future growth in the real estate sector.
Qualifications

- Ability to conduct in-depth research on real estate and market trends.
- Strong comfort with numbers and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, and analyse data on properties and assets.
- Prepare detailed analyses and presentations on property performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends for strategic planning.
Skills
Education
Compile, verify, organise, and analyse data pertaining to the Company’s properties and assets to produce accurate and comprehensive portfolio-level statistics and insights.
Prepare and present detailed analyses on the current performance and status of the property portfolio, highlighting strategic implications and recommendations for future growth at both micro and macro levels.
Conduct in-depth research on the real estate industry, REITs, market movements, and broader macroeconomic trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.
