Job summary

A leading technology firm in Penang is looking for a BGA Component Engineer to focus on the design, development, and optimization of Ball Grid Array components for electronic devices. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology. Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, conducting yield analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with statistical tools and ISO standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Above 5 years of experience in BGA component development.
• Experience in process engineering and manufacturing support.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements for BGA components.
• Optimize BGA assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead yield improvement efforts and root cause analysis.
