A leading electronics company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the full order lifecycle, including management of platforms like Shopee and Lazada. The role requires coordinating packing and shipments with warehouse partners, analyzing order handling timelines, and identifying process improvements. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant fields, along with at least one year of experience in order management or logistics. Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
Oversee full order lifecycle including review, processing, and dispatch for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop official stores.
Ensure timely order handling in accordance with platform requirements (e.g. Shopee scan within 48 hours, Lazada shipment within 72 hours).
Monitor order status and manage cancellations, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently.
Coordinate packing and shipment with internal warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
Track inventory using OMS/WMS systems and proactively manage stock shortages.
Improve order fulfilment processes to enhance picking speed and accuracy.
Liaise with logistics vendors to ensure timely pickup and monitor delivery progress.
Familiarise with OMS (Order Management), WMS (Warehouse Management), and TMS (Transportation Management) through training.
Regularly analyze order handling timelines and propose process improvements.
Establish and refine SOPs to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Handle shipping anomalies such as stockouts, incorrect dispatches, or delays.
Investigate root causes of logistical issues and implement preventive measures.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
Generate regular reports on fulfilment rates, shipping timeliness, return rates, etc.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as late shipments and cancellations.
Use data-driven insights to identify process gaps and suggest optimizations.
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in order management or logistics within e-commerce platforms.
Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset for handling exceptions independently.
Data sensitivity with the ability to optimize processes based on analytics.
Proficient in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. MaBang, DianXiaoMi) is an advantage.
