Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) for professional and technical training.
- Design, build, qualify, and support analog and embedded processing products.
- Develop test software and hardware, debug products, and optimize testing processes.
- Engage in manufacturing, quality, design verification, and validation engineering.
- Support strategies for profitability through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield enhancement.
- Serve as primary contact for operational aspects of assigned product portfolio.
- Resolve customer quality and application issues and facilitate cross‑functional problem solving.
- Establish relationships with wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites for communication and problem resolution.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 or higher.
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience.
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
- Knowledge of analog circuitry such as op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing.
- Basic understanding of C/C++ programming languages.
- Knowledge of statistics and tools for analyzing characterization and production data.
- Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, soldering, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions.
- Initiative and drive for results with strong time management skills.
