Compile, verify, organise, and analyse data pertaining to the Company’s properties and assets to produce accurate and comprehensive portfolio-level statistics and insights.

Prepare and present detailed analyses on the current performance and status of the property portfolio, highlighting strategic implications and recommendations for future growth at both micro and macro levels.

Conduct in-depth research on the real estate industry, REITs, market movements, and broader macroeconomic trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements
