Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience managing key accounts (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software.

Responsibilities

  • Build the joint business plan with the account(s) under the guidance of the Channel Lead.
  • Build accurate forecasts and achieve account results: turnover, market share, profit.
  • Prepare and lead account negotiations, escalating when relevant.
  • Act as the account expert to feed a salon-centric planning process.
  • Develop retail-specific plans and build compelling stories to secure retailer buy-in.
  • Build deep customer insight and a strong network with key retailer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Connect account stakeholders with L’Oréal counterparts to ensure consistent messaging.
