CK East Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative developments.

• Assist the lead architect in designing and drafting building plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather data for design development

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and the project team
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the built environment
